Building the Online Foundation for Embrace Orthodontics Manitoba
Embrace Orthodontics Manitoba is an orthodontic practice in Winnipeg and Portage la Prairie led by Dr. Nicole Bailey, providing specialist orthodontic care for children, teens and adults. Dentx designed and built the practice's website as part of establishing its online presence and creating a foundation for continued growth.

Nicole's experience
Opening a new practice comes with a long list of decisions, and the website was one I did not have to worry about.
The Dentx team took the time to understand our practice and built a website that reflects who we are and how we care for our patients.
It is easy for our team to update, and it gives us a strong foundation to grow.

The Challenge
Embrace Orthodontics Manitoba was a new orthodontic practice, and it needed more than a basic informational website.
Because the practice was building its online presence from the ground up, the website had to earn trust on its own and give future SEO work a strong technical and content foundation. The goals were to:
- Introduce a new practice and the orthodontist behind it
- Explain treatment clearly to parents, teens and adults
- Build trust before a patient has ever visited
- Show what happens at the first visit
- Make booking a consultation the obvious next step
- Give search engines a clear, well-structured site from day one
Our Approach
Six steps, from understanding the practice to measuring what changes.
Understand the practice
The services, the patient groups, the two locations and how Dr. Bailey wants patients to feel.
Map the patient journey
Parents, teens and adults arrive with different questions, so each group gets its own path.
Build the website architecture
Dedicated pages for each treatment, for new patients and for booking, linked so no visitor hits a dead end.
Build the content foundation
Useful treatment and patient information in place of generic marketing copy.
Build the SEO foundation
Structure the site so search engines can understand the practice, its services, its locations and its content.
Measure and improve
Record the starting point, then track search visibility, organic traffic and website activity over time.
Designed Around the Patient Journey
Orthodontic treatment is an important decision, and different patients arrive with different questions. Each page answers one of them.
Kids & Teens
Written for the parent doing the research
For children and teens, it is often a parent doing the research. This page separates early care for children from treatment for teens, and explains the recommendation that a child's first orthodontic evaluation happen around age 7, so a parent knows when to book and why.
Clear Aligners
One page per treatment, with its own answers
Braces and clear aligners each have a dedicated page. The clear aligners page leads with what the treatment is, then answers the common questions on the same page, with a consultation button in view.
New Patients
The first visit, explained step by step
Five steps, from arrival to a clear treatment plan, including a step on options and cost. Knowing what happens at the first appointment makes it easier for a new patient to book one.

Continuing the Work
The website is the beginning rather than the end of the project. Dentx is providing SEO support to Embrace Orthodontics Manitoba.
We continue working on the website's search foundation, content and local SEO while monitoring measurable indicators such as search visibility, rankings, organic traffic and other meaningful website activity where reliable data is available.
Because Embrace is building its online presence from the ground up, we are letting the actual data show what changes.
