I have spent more than 30 years building practical business technology solutions, including over 20 years working across healthcare and 10 years leading IT and technology operations in the oil and gas industry. That experience shaped the way I work: with structure, accuracy, reliability, and a strong focus on real-world results.

I understand both sides of this work. There is the technical side of building fast, well-structured websites that can rank on Google, and the real-world side of healthcare, where trust, clarity, patient experience, and attention to detail genuinely matter.

My background is in Computer Science and Systems in Business from Hocking Technical College and Ohio University. Over the years I have built software, automation tools, and operational systems for industries where performance and dependability are essential. I am also the founder of ShiftApps.ca.
