Conversion Rate

The conversion rate (leads to patients) varies widely. Industry average is 3-8%; we default to 5% as a conservative median. Practices with excellent follow-up systems can achieve 15-25%.

Patient Lifetime Value

We default to $600 as a conservative first-year value for a general practice patient (2-3 visits at $200-300 each). Patients who stay multiple years have higher lifetime value, but first-year ROI should use first-year revenue only.
